Cosmetic Smile Design

Creating Beautiful & Predictable Smiles Using a Diagnostic Wax-up.

Dr. Bigos spends a lot of time getting to know the patients who come in for a Smile Design, it is important to understand the patient’s personality, because a smile says a thousand words. Using a smile catalog of previous patients Dr. has created beautiful smiles for, together you choose what is right for you. We equate this phase as the “architectural plans” for your smile. Much care needs to be taken at this point to ensure the best outcome as possible. Using multiple patient impressions, intra and extra oral patient photographs which we then send to our high quality dental laboratory locally in Scottsdale. They create the diagnostic wax-up for a custom smile, which Dr. Bigos uses to then design your temporaries. You wear your teeth for a few weeks to heal and decide if you want to make any changes and then we finalize the design and let’s just say we’ve never had an unhappy patient!

How Can You Create the Perfect Smile?

Full Mouth Rehabilitation

Full mouth rehabilitation is a highly individualized treatment.

The point of a full mouth reconstruction plan is to optimize the health of the entire mouth, including the teeth, the gums, and the bite. In many cases, it is necessary to replace or restore every tooth in the mouth using a combination of dental services. These services routinely include crowns, bridges, and implants. Teeth can become damaged or fall out for a number of reasons, including disease and trauma. Ideal candidates for full mouth rehabilitation need to be in good general health but have multiple missing or badly damaged teeth. Many full mouth rehabilitation patients also require the replacement of existing dental restorations that have been worn down over time. Although most full mouth rehabilitation plans require extensive work over multiple appointments, the result is a fully functioning and aesthetically pleasing smile and excellent oral health that can last for decades.
